Villa Bunga Desa features gorgeous traditional Indonesian houses including a Javanese Joglo and a South Sulawesi Toraja House. Gorgeous teak furniture and intriguing traditional artwork give the living room is rustic charm and sophisticated feel. Tucked in the Joglo pavilion with its signature high soaring timber rooftop, the design is open-plan to the garden, allowing fresh air to circulate. In the front, stands a long teak timber dining table to seat up to 10 people. More to the back, there is a super comfy L-shaped sofa where you can curl up with a book or watch movies on the big flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a DVD-player. To the side there is a covered open terrace furnished with a circular table and 8 chairs, perfect for dining alfresco style with delights from the BBQ grill. The 1700 m2 garden is stunningly beautiful and utterly tropical, planted with towering palm trees, scenting frangipani trees and more lush tropical greenery. The jewel of the crown is the 12 x 4 meter private swimming pool glistening in the heart of the estate. The massive manicured green grass lawn makes a dream-come-true playground for kids. Deluxe double sun loungers are placed on the lawn for those wanting to tan under the tropical sun, sipping a cocktail, reading a magazine or keeping an eye on the kids running around on the lawn and splashing in the pool. The big square bale makes a lovely shady place to escape the sun for a while, furnished with a comfy sofa to lounge on.

The 7 bedrooms of Villa Bunga Desa are tucked in 3 stand-alone pavilions. There are 3 rooms with king-size beds, 2 with queen-size beds and 2 with twin beds. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and furnished beautifully with antique wooden-carved furniture and tribal artwork. Some rooms come with breezy verandas furnished with daybeds and some rooms feature open-air garden bathrooms to rinse off beneath Bali’s starlit sky. The Toraja house,descending from Sulawesi, houses 1 large king-bedded bedroom on ground level and one ocean-view master suite on the first floor adjoined by a study room which can be set up as an extra bedroom for families. The third bedroom tucked away privately in the round house in the middle of the garden, features a covered terrace, a canopied queen-size bed and an open-air bathroom. The other 4 bedroom are located together in another double-storey pavilion. On ground level, there are two bedrooms with comfy double beds and outdoor bathrooms. Up on the first floor, there is a family suite, featuring a king-bedded bedroom for the parents, a twin-bedded room for the kids and a living space in the middle.
