KP03 is a luxury villa set on a natural beach front, in the Woktum Bay area which is the West coast of Koh Phangan. The area is extremely quiet and within walking distance of a new 7-11 and restaurants and bars. About 5 mins away to the village of Sri-Thanu where you find a number of restaurants, shops, massage parlors etc..

The property has a main entrance which has a large gate, the main entrance is a walled court yard with green grass lawns and parking area.

Entering the villa, you come straight into the main sitting room. The sitting room leads on to a large terrace with steps down to the large swimming pool. The pool has an interesting feature which is that is has a glass wall adjacent to the pool that views the small pond at the end.

The villa consists of 2 floors, the villa is U shaped with the ground floor having a large living area in the center with music setup, DVD player and a flat screen TV on the one side is fully equipped kitchen with dining table with stunning views towards the beach and sea. On the opposite side of the lounge and kitchen is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. At the front is a master bedroom which has a four poster bed, balcony, en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi and panoramic views of the beach and sea.

On the lower floor there are 2 more bedrooms which are both en-suite, both these rooms lead out to the main terrace which is part of the swimming pool area. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers and sun umbrellas. From the terrace of the pool you can access the garden and finally the beach that sits in front of the villa. In the garden area there is a 5th bedroom with a large double bed and en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms have air-conditioning and ceiling fans and ample storage space in the way of wardrobes.

Overall this is a nice villa for a large family or group, right next to the beach, good sunsets and not far from the main town of Sri-Thanu.
