KP05 is a boutique beachfront pool villa, elegant, modern and comfortable, at the beachfront secluded land in the paradise Island of Koh Phangan in the Southern Gulf of Thailand. It has all tropical island lovers can desire from crystal clear water, white sandy beaches, sunny lush tropical green forests, rare-find coral reefs, beautiful moons and spectacular sunrise!

KP05 promotes the art of tranquility and comfort, with interiors purposefully created to provide the perfect ambiance for an elegant yet informal lifestyle in the carefree environment of a tropical island residence. These architect villas are a masterwork in luxury composition and is outfitted with an unforgettable blend of style, comfort & quality.

KP05 was developed to minimize environmental impact. Although it is important for us to provide all modern comfort, our villa is sustainable (many use of local materials) and eco-friendly : we use heat recovery for water heating, rain water is collected as is greywater which is reused for garden watering. We provide drinkable water dispensers to avoid the use of plastic bottles, we only use natural fertilizer for gardening and we will continue to develop new initiatives to respect our environment.

Besides as we are keen to welcome anyone to see our paradise, our villa have been designed to be suitable for disabled people in wheelchairs (flat land, zero-step entries, ramps, shower chair, large door width…)
