In front, the scenic island of Koh Matlang is so close that at low tide guests can walk the white sand bank all the way across for a local venture. Although located in Chaweng beach, the villa offers all the necessary privacy and relaxation you will ask for. Mia Beach Villa has everything you would dream of for your holidays - magnificent swimming pool, large outdoor Jacuzzi surrounded by tropical plants, Al Fresco and indoor lounge and dining are as and generously spacious bedrooms.

Large Modern Interiors
The spacious open-plan living area is dominated by comfortable long white sofas and features a large flat screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen is defined by a long floating island feature, which has a built-in wine cooler and subtle black hobs while the dining table can seat ten. Beyond the kitchen is a covered Thaistyle kitchen with BBQ.

Garden with a View
At the beachfront, on either side of the swimming pool are large verandas with further al-fresco lounge areas and an outdoor dining table. Beyond the pool and veranda lounges is a flat grass lawn, furnished with loungers and parasols, and planted with coconut palms. In the middle of the beach, a large Buddha head smiles benevolently at the villa. On either side of the beach are oversize double day-beds for chill-out lounging.

Indoor and Alfresco Dining
Opposite to the master bedroom, on the right side, the modern kitchen and the dining area face the ocean. The living room offers an other dining area, outside.

Swimming Pool and Lounge Area
The residence comprises three pavilions that are set around a magnificent 23 meter lap pool tiled in Balinese green stones. The swimming pool encircles a huge sunken covered sala with comfortable lounge seating. At the far end the pool becomes shallower and allows young children to swim safely.

Private Bedroom Sanctuaries
Elegantly furnished, the bedrooms feature king size beds, LCD TV with Netflix, built-in wardrobes, personal safes, mini-bars, and large mirrors. Each bedroom has its own en- suite bathroom with walking in rain shower, twin sinks and a small private garden with tropical plants with either an outdoor rain- shower or an indulgent terrazzo bathtub. All bedrooms overlook the pool and have direct access onto the pool deck.

Discreet, Attentive Staff
The villa is fully staffed and includes an English-speaking villa manageress, housemaid, villa handyman and trained Thai Chef. The villa employee is on call 24/7 during your stay and will attempt at all times to satisfy your needs. The villa manageress is available to address all your service needs. The villa also offers concierge service to assist you with all tour and transfer activities.

Mia Villas is the only luxury villa estate on Koh Samui to feature a Clubhouse, adding exceptional facilities to our service offering and not compromising on the expansive space inside our villas.

The Clubhouse features a Kid's Club, massage and steam room, fitness room, home cinema and a Front desk where guests can arrange all activities in and outside the villas.

Our Clubhouse is reserved for the exclusive use of our guests and we ensure to convey the relaxed mood and style of our villas across all rooms while the available space was thought to maintain privacy in each of the area.

The Clubhouse also features a lift to accommodate our guests with reduced mobility.
