Mia Estate is located on the quiet northern side of popular Chaweng Beach - the best and biggest beach on Koh Samui. Large Modern Interiors
The spacious open-plan living areas are light and airy with comfortable sofas, dining table and feature a large flat screen TV. These spaces blend harmoniously with the covered outdoor lounging and Al Fresco dining area. The fully equipped kitchens have a long floating island feature, which has a built-in wine cooler and subtle black hobs.

Garden with a View
The verandas offer very pleasant places to chill- out with Al Fresco lounge. These covered outdoor verandas link the indoor spaces to the lawn furnished with loungers and parasols, and planted with coconut palms. The golden sand beach is just a few steps from the villas.

Swimming Pool and Lounge Area
The estate offers two spectacular lap pools which encircle a huge sunken covered sala with comfortable lounge seating. To cater for the younger guests there is a shallower section and a separate kid’s pool. Indoor and Alfresco dining The villas offer the choice of comfortable indoor air- conditioned dining or covered Al Fresco dining. Either way, the private chef and villa staff will ensure guests enjoy the perfect dining experience.

Private Bedroom Sanctuaries
Elegantly furnished, the bedrooms feature king size beds, LCD TV with Netflix, built-in wardrobes, personal safes, mini-bars, and large mirrors. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with walking in rain shower and twin sinks. Some of the bathrooms have a small private garden with tropical plants with either an outdoor rainshower or an indulgent terrazzo bathtub. All bedrooms (apart from the two guest rooms located in the Clubhouse) overlook the pool and have direct access onto the pool deck

Discreet, Attentive Staff
The estate is fully staffed and includes an English-speaking villa manageress, housemaid, villa handyman and trained Thai Chef. The villa team is on call 24/7 during your stay and will attempt at all times to satisfy your needs. The villa manageress is available to address all your service needs. We also offer concierge service to assist you with all tour and transfer activities.

Mia Villas is the only luxury villa estate on Koh Samui to feature a Clubhouse, adding exceptional facilities to our service offering and not compromising on the expansive space inside our villas.

The Clubhouse features a Kid's Club, massage and steam room, fitness room, home cinema and a Front desk where guests can arrange all activities in and outside the villas.

Our Clubhouse is reserved for the exclusive use of our guests and we ensure to convey the relaxed mood and style of our villas across all rooms while the available space was thought to maintain privacy in each of the area.

The Clubhouse also features a lift to accommodate our guests with reduced mobility.
