Incorporating a number of ingenious construction techniques, to keep the villas and apartments cool and temperate under the blazing South East Asian Sun, The Plantation is an ideal spot for individuals, small groups and families to experience the laid back island culture of “Turtle Island’.
In addition to the ocean access, only 300 meters away, KT03 is just 600 meters from the small but thriving town of Sairee, where you will discover a wealth of restaurants, bars and shops, along with supermarkets, pharmacies and everything else you need to make your stay complete – you can even book yourself a scuba diving trip, take a massage or perfect your downward dog at the town’s yoga centres.
As a family run business with a small and dedicated staff, the owners ensure a level of service and attention that is second to none, enabling you to get on with the business of enjoying yourself, within the magnificent and peaceful environment of one of the few remaining traditional coconut plantations on Koh Tao.

Featuring a range of facilities to maximize your stay the villas all come with flat screen televisions, air-conditioning, fans and tiles underfoot; as well as access to the expansive, 300 square meter, garden and forest area.
The pool is perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach or exploring the local area, and feature high-tech salt water cleansing systems which keep the waters clean, fresh and naturally chlorinated, without the use of additional chemicals, so you can plunge in and swim underwater for as long as you like with no discomfort – a plus for families with young children. The pool's “infinity” edges make the already stunning vistas from the resort just that little bit more special, bringing you even closer to the majestic canopy of the plantation.
