KR09 is the largest property on the estate, and offers its guests a truly luxurious specification. The extensive accommodation offers guests great flexibility. There is an open-plan living and dining area, which is tastefully furnished in a modern style that suits the property. The kitchen is fitted with high-quality units and counter tops, and comes complete with a good range of equipment. What’s more, there are an additional two living rooms that also benefit from a good selection of contemporary furniture and comfortable seating.

The bedrooms are equally well-appointed. The first bedroom has a king-size bed and a dressing area, whereas bedroom number two has a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom has twin single beds. Each bedroom benefits from its own private terrace with pleasant views across the garden or the pool. Also, each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, and these are all finished in luxurious granite and marble. The guest bungalow, which is located only 10m from the main house, is just as stylish. The bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The spacious living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, and there is also a small kitchen area. An additional two beds for children can be placed in the living room, if required.

KR09 is also equipped with modern technology to satisfy guests’ entertainment needs. Both the main villa and the guest bungalow have international cable TV, a CD player and a high-speed wireless internet connection. Outside the property, there is a large patio area furnished with sun loungers, allowing guests to sit and relax beside the pool. KR09 is situated just 5km from the popular Ao Nang beach. There is a private parking space for two cars, and a hire car or motorbike can be arranged for those guests wishing to explore the area.
