On the ground floor of the property, there is a large open-plan living and dining area. This room is furnished in contemporary furniture, including comfortable seating and a dining table and chairs, and the high ceilings and plain decoration creates a truly spacious ambience. Furthermore, this room opens out onto an attractive patio area beside the swimming pool. Guests’ entertainment needs have also been attended to with the provision of an international cable TV, a DVD player, and a high-speed wireless internet connection. The kitchen area is also modern in style, and comes complete with a good range of equipment, ample cupboard space and a breakfast bar.

The property benefits from three air-conditioned bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom and a private terrace with views across the garden and the pool. The second and third bedrooms share the same specification. Each room has a queen-size bed and a single bed, as well as a private terrace with pleasant views. Also, these bedrooms share a bathroom.

Outside the property, there is a large, well-kept garden with a good selection of tropical foliage and some pleasant grassy areas. Naturally, the swimming pool is an exciting feature; this impressive pool is 20m long and is ideal for swimming laps. There is also a good selection of garden furniture for relaxing beside the pool, or for enjoying al fresco dining.

KR19 is situated in a scenic and welcoming village, which is ideal for those guests wishing to explore and discover Thailand’s customs and traditions. Unfortunately, despite the villa’s close proximity to the Andaman Sea, there is no beach within walking distance of the property. Therefore, if guests wish to visit one of Krabi’s delightful beaches, it will be necessary to hire a car or motorbike.

 

Alternatively, for a reasonable additional cost, guests may decide to take advantage of the optional transport services provided by the estate. These include the company’s own taxi or tuk-tuk service with FREE WiFi. Transport arrangements will be so worthwhile, as Ao Nang’s popular beach is just a 10 minute drive away.
