KR07 is a pleasant, well proportioned villa in which to spend a holiday. The accommodation is spread over two floors, and there is an attractive garden that provides ample space for sitting beside the swimming pool or enjoying al fresco dining. To ensure that guests remain pleasantly cool, air-conditioning is available in the main living area and in all the bedrooms.

The open plan living area is located on the ground floor. This room has pleasing views of the pool, and the full-height glazed doors can fold back, allowing the room to flow out into the garden. This room comes complete with comfortable wicker and wooden furniture, which creates a homely feel. Comfy seating is provided so that guests may sit back and be entertained by the international cable TV or DVD player. In addition, a high-speed wireless internet connection is available throughout the property. The kitchen area has a simple design, but it is well equipped, and there is also a dining table and chairs that can seat up to six people.

Two of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor. Both of these rooms have queen-size beds, and they both enjoy pleasant views of the garden. There is also a bathroom on the ground floor. The remaining bedroom is situated on the first floor of the property. This open-plan sleeping area has both a queen-size bed and two single beds, and the room can be divided with the use of a screen if additional privacy is required. If the room is left open-plan, an additional two beds can be added, if desired. There is also a good sized, sunny roof terrace that enables guests to enjoy views of the stunning limestone cliffs that are a distinctive feature of the area. An additional bathroom is conveniently located on the first floor.

Outside the property, the garden has some attractive plants, although the area is mostly paved. The free-form swimming pool is an appealing feature, and sun loungers are provided so that guests may sit and relax beside the pool. There is also a dining table and chairs for al fresco dining.

 

KR07 is located near the centre of Ao Nang, which provides guests with easy access to a good range of local shops and restaurants. Ao Nang’s popular beach is also just 2.5 km away. KR07 benefits from off-street parking for one car, and a hire car or motorbike can be arranged for those guests without transport. Alternatively, for a reasonable additional cost, guests may wish to take advantage of the estates optional transport services. These include the company’s own taxi or tuk-tuk service with FREE WiFi.
