Amber Villa is a recently completed 6/7 bedroom family villa, located on the south—western tip ofthe tropical island of Phuket. This luxury property offers 600sqm of indoor and outdoor living. It is set in a private development, situated in a peaceful valley, offering private jungle and valley views and a tranquil environment

The Villa’s accommodation comprises 6 spacious and comfortable bedrooms (with an optional 7th bedroom or maid’s room), all en—suite with ceiling fans and remote control air conditioning units. Bedrooms are split over two levels, offering 4 king sized beds, 1 room with two single beds, 1 room with a two sets of bunk beds (sleeping 4 people, so ideal for older children), and a maids room with a single bed, therefore comfortably accommodating 15 people.

Upstairs, the master bedroom suite has a king sized bed, walk—in wardrobes, wall safe and large en—suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and large oval bath. Sliding double doors take you onto a private balcony with beautiful open valley views and the distant hills. A second bedroom is also located upstairs, with two single beds, ideal for children who need to be close to their parents overnight.

The remaining 4/5 bedrooms are all on the lower level. Bedrooms 3, 4 and 5 have king sized beds, large en—suite bathrooms with a spacious walk-in showers or baths, plus built in wardrobes. Sliding double doors take you directly onto the large sun terrace and access to the private swimming pool with feature sun deck. Bedroom 6 has two x full size bunk beds (therefore sleeping 4 people) and a shared bathroom, ideal for older or teenage children. Bedroom 7 (or the maid’s room) has a single bed and en—suite bathroom and suitable for an older child, extra guest or maid.

Downstairs also boasts a large games room with pool table, dart board, running machine and cross trainer to keep guests entertained inside. Also downstairs is a second living room with 50” TV, DVD player and cable TV ideal for the children. You can relax and sit or dine outside on the under—cover balcony, taking in the valley views. The stunning dining table seats 12 guests and offers al fresco dining all year round.

Swimming Beach:

Nai Harn Beach is the most beautiful of these, complimented on both sides by jungle-covered mountains with a large freshwater lagoon that flows into the sea at the southern end of the beach. The azure water is best for swimming from November to May, when the bay is also a popular anchorage for many luxury yachts

Bars & Nightclubs:

Bangla Road in Patong is the most well–known stretch of road for lively nightlife, but other places where you will find bars and clubs are on The Villas doorstep in Nai Harn and Rawai, and also in Chalong, Kata, Karon, Kamala, Surin and the Laguna.

Shopping:

JUNGCEYLON comprises of a large western supermarket, a department store, pharmacies and a selection of international shops and boutiques, all complemented by a variety of local stalls selling souvenirs and products produced from all over Thailand. Additionally, as an entertainment centre, both malls boast multi screen cinemas, a selection of fast food, western and Asian restaurants, electronic interactive games machines, massage shops and or course Starbucks! Amber Villa is located at the edge of the development, on the hillside, allowing wide open views way into the distance across the village dwellings and grassland. Neighboured by only one other villa, Amber Villa’s impressive size gives a feeling of privacy and seclusion without being isolated. The purpose-built estate is perfectly located around 1km from beautiful Nai Harn beach (a 2 minute drive, or a comfortable 15 minute walk) and within a short distance of a good selection of shops, restaurants, bars and many tourist activities.
