Freehold Ownership -means that the property is owned outright by the purchaser. The owner has indefinite ownership rights, which can be passed on to heirs.

There are 2 main types of property rental:

Holiday Villa Rental – This type of villa rental is usually meant for a short term stay up until 6 months. You can choose this option if you are planning to visit Thailand temporarily and only expect to stay for a short duration. However if your plan changes, some villas may offer you the option of Long Term Villa Rental.
Long-Term Villa Rental – This type of villa rental is usually meant for long term stay starting from 6 months and further. You can choose this option if you are planning to stay in Thailand for a long period of time due to multiple reasons such as business, your children’s education or simply pleasure. This type of rental is usually more affordable compared to the holiday villa rental because of the longer stay.
