How much does it cost to hire a car on the island?
We will happily arrange car rental for you and only use trusted rental firms with insurance and competitive rates. The cost is generally lower than in western countries, but dependent on vehicle choice and the rental period.

Is it easy to get taxis to and from the villa?
Your villa manager will happily arrange a taxi to collect you from your villa, as requested. Taxis are readily available on the entire island and your villa manager can also provide you with a taxi call out number.

What is the cost of a typical dinner?
The cost of chef-cooked meal depends on your specific menu and meal choices, as well as the number of guests in your party. The prices are reasonable when compared hotel or restaurant menus.

Are the villas equipped with air-conditioning?
Most of our luxury villas are equipped with air-conditioning in every room, but please refer to individual villa specifications for certain variations.

Are their any restrictions regarding children?
While none of our villa owner’s object to family bookings, some of our villas are more suitable for children than others with regards to safety and onsite activities. Please refer to the appropriate villa page for specific information.

What is the cost to rent a villa?
The rental price range varies depending on you villa choice, but the rates often work out cheaper than equivalent luxury hotels and resorts.

Is there a minimum night stay?
Yes, there is a minimum rental period of 2-3 nights during intermediate and High season, 5 nights during Peak season and 7-10 nights over Christmas and New Year.  Please refer to individual villa specifications for certain variations.

Are there weekly rates?
No, all our rates are pro-rated on a nightly basis.

Is there a daily meal charge?
While all our villas offer self-catering options as standard, they can also come with an in-villa menu and a Personal Chef to cater for you during your stay. Pre-stocking services are also available in most villas and your Personal Concierge will explain options and pricing to you prior to arrival.

Is it possible to add additional guests after booking?
Yes, if there is sufficient room it is usually possible. Please discuss any amendments to your booking prior to arrival with your Personal Concierge who will be able to inform you of any limitations or added costs.

Are the photos on the website of the exact villa we would be staying in, along with the views etc.?
Yes. All of our villa descriptions include real photographs.

Is the pool shared with other guests?
The vast majority of our villas have their own private pools. Occasionally, some may be shared with other guests in small villa communities.

How far is the beach?
Depending on your villa choice, the beach may be right outside your door, a short walk, or a short drive away. Please refer to your specific villa selections for detailed information.

Is there any nightlife?
That is dependent upon individual villa location choices. While many are fairly secluded to provide maximum privacy, none are totally removed from civilization and the villa is always within reasonable distance to one of the main tourist centres. Please refer to individual villa details for more information.

Who would be our contact for anything we may need while we are there?
Most of our villas have at least 2 full-time staff that are at your disposal for the duration of your stay. During your vacation, your Villa Manager will be happy to answer any questions you have. However, should you need further assistance your Personal Concierge is only a phone call away. Prior to arrival, the Personal Concierge will provide you with the necessary list of contacts.

Do you have any villa suggestions/recommendations?
Please visit our website where you can view our whole portfolio and have the option to carry out detailed searches specific to your requirements. Our villa reservations specialists are also always available to make recommendations based on your specific needs.

Are cribs and high chairs available?
Yes. Children’s Cribs and high-chairs can be made available in almost all villas should you require them, please make your requests to your Personal Concierge who will be happy to organize this in advance.

Are the prices per unit or number of people?
All of our villa prices are for the entire villa (occasional reduced occupancy rates are also offered).

Is there vacation insurance to cover costs in case of bad weather?
No. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for insurance and refund policies.

How do I arrange for transportation?
At the time of booking your Personal Concierge will discuss and arrange transfer details to and from the airport. Hire cars or personal drivers can also be provided. All costs for transport will be extra charged un les specified in the villa details.

How are groceries obtained?
Prior to arrival, your Personal Concierge will send you a grocery list should you wish your villa fridge or store to be pre-stocked (Please refer to individual villa details to see if this service is available). There are also numerous convenience stores dotted around the island as well as a few larger supermarkets and several local markets should you wish to do your own grocery shopping.

Do you offer discounted weekly rates?
Discounts are at the discretion of the property owner and we will advertise when they are being offered. Discounts may also be offered to returning guests and granted on an individual basis.

How much privacy will we have around the property?
All the villas are private, but please refer to the individual villa descriptions on our website for information on the surroundings and specific facilities.

Is there Internet access?
Most of our villas have wireless Internet access but connection speed and equipment varies. Please visit the appropriate villa page for detailed information.

Is there satellite TV?
Audiovisual equipment and channel choices vary in each villa but may have satellite connections. Please refer to the individual villa pages for details.

Will it be possible to renew our wedding vows?
A number of our luxury villas are perfect for wedding ceremonies, whether for first time couple or those renewing their vows. Our experienced wedding and events team will be happy to discuss and answer any questions you have. Please refer to our dedicated Weddings website for more information and package details.

Who cleans the villa? Is the maid included?
All of our villa rentals come complete with staff. General room cleaning, make-up and turn down services are carried out daily, however in the interest of the environment we limit the washing of linens and towels to once every three days.

What are some extra expenses (e.g. travel from airport to villa)?
The villa rental does not include food costs (unless there is a meal plan included), transportation, activities, tax or gratuities.

Do you have any holiday suggestions (e.g. where we can play golf)?
Please visit our Activities page for all information concerning the different activities offered. Your Personal Concierge will also be on hand to advise you on a number of villas located in areas suitable for your activity requirements.
